Vincent Van Gogh “green fairy”

I just finished reading a book about the last few months in the life of Vincent Van Gogh. Many European artists and writers of the day drinking or were addicted to Absinthe. Absinthe spirit consists of many different herbs including wormwood. In 1800 he was very strong and was told that a psychotropic substances. Absinthe was also called “the green fairy”. Hemingway said he “for the bell tolls” under the influence of Absinthe, as he wrote.

I think Vincent Van Gogh suffered from anxiety and depression and also tend to deal with. The doctor Dr. Gachet, which for him, Van Gogh’s treatment, was when it was suicide, with plant different “colors”, which he produced from his garden. None of these seemed to help and actually can have his fear increased!

This painting is that my impression of Vincent Vincent Van Gogh “green fairy” is seduced. I have very heavy acrylic to give the appearance of oil painting. There are a lot of texture and color values on this painting and it looks gorgeous in this old frame! I don’t know if I want to keep separate, but I will tonight on eBay.
