Brooke refused a drug test Friday, which she was required to take as part of her custody settlement with Charlie Sheen.Sources say Brooke disappeared for a time this week during her binging. TMZ obtained surveillance video of Brooke attempting to get money for jewelry at an Inglewood pawn shop.

I was wondering when Brooke would show up on TMZ again. All of the usual and customary TMZ "sources" make me want to wait until the report from the supposed court date on Tuesday. However, it sure looks like Brooke messed up big time and violated her custody agreement with Charlie. Can't wait to see how the lawyers play this one. Good riddance!
Her mom has already lied for her, she is more concerned about forcing her way into fame and doing drugs, and her husband can't even keep a dog alive because he is too busy having the world's biggest midlife (maybe end of life) crisis = these two innocent kids are utterly and completely screwed.
Not a surprise at ALL! And if she thinks by going back to rehab for the 8th time they will allow her to keep her children, she really has done too much crack!!!
