The trailer for the hotly anticipated adaptation of best-selling children's book series, The Hunger Games, has debuted online.
The film stars Academy Award nominee Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, who must take part in a brutal future game that pits 24 teenagers against each in a battle for survival.
The film also stars Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland and Stanley Tucci.
Based on the trilogy by Suzanne Collins and directed by Gary Ross, The Hunger Games is set for release in March, 2012.
