Jailbreak iOS 4.3.5 iPhone

Unlock iPhone 4 4.3.5 is still possible with GEVEY SIM. Yesterday, Apple has released iOS 4.3.5 for iPhone iPad and iPod Touch to “fix a security vulnerability with certificate validation”. We have already posted about possible 4.3.5 jailbreak using Redsnow. Now the good news is that 4.3.5 can be unlocked using Gevey Sim.

There are two methods of unlocking an iPhone device. One is the software based solution provided to us by iPhone Dev Team using Ultrasn0w. Remember Ultrasnow is unable to unlock iOS 4.3.4 or iOS 4.3.5.

The other method is to use a hardware based method which is Gevey Sim that can unlock iPhone 4 on higher basebands. The latest firmware iOS 4.3.5 can be unlocked using Gevey Sim.

iOS 4.3.5 is very similar to iOS 4.3.4 firmware except for few bug fixes. If you prefer a software based unlock using ultrasnow, you better stay on iOS 4.3.3 on which Ultrasnow 1.2.3 works fine on lower basebands. For higher basebands you still have to use GEVEY.
