Barbra Streisand has announced plans to release a new album this summer, according to Digital Spy. The "Evergreen" singer will release a 10-track record entitled What Matters Most: Barbra Streisand Sings The Lyrics of Alan and Marilyn Bergman Aug. 22. The album follows her 2009 album Love Is the Answer, which made the 69-year-old the first musician to have number-one albums in five consecutive decades.
