LeAnn Rimes sang the national anthem at the NCAA men's basketball championship Monday night (April 4), and she was dressed to the nines while she did.
But she also brought a change of clothes and stuck around to watch Connecticut defeat Butler, 53-41, to win the school's third title since 1999.
Rimes took the court before the game in Houston in a white Dolce & Gabbana dress, and she accessorized with a sparkly microphone as she belted out "The Star Spangled Banner."
After that, though, she went casual as she took in UConn's victory with fiance Eddie Cibrian (who was wearing a nonpartisan Final Four hat) from what look to be pretty choice seats.
Everyone knows that Leann wasn't there to see the game. She was there to promote her relationship with Eddie, hence why she dressed up in a wedding a dress. It looks like she is trying to get some attention for their wedding. These two are just so disgusting. Why is that man even out of town because based on Leann's tweets, wasn't it his custody day? So the NCAA game is more important than that man spending time with his own kids?
I thought her rendition was terrible. When are singers going to realize that glissando is wayyy overdone and most cannot do it justice to begin with. I expected more from her.
