Pasteur was not the first person who matter theory of bacillus. Similar hypothesis has been developed first by Girolamo Fracastoro, Friedrich Henle and many more. However, the most prominent in term of the germ theory of this disease is Pasteur who demonstrated through a series of experiments and demonstrations which are the main factors and convince people that his theory is true intellectual.

Pasteur’s personal discovery of the most famous is the development of injection technique on humans to prevent the dreaded disease, rabies. Other scientists, by mimicking Pasteur basic idea, since then developing a vaccine to prevent other serious disease such as typhoid and poliomyelitis.

Pasteur’s contribution is so fundamental, so it is unquestioned that Pasteur had a large stake in preventing the death rate at the end of this century.
