Corned Beef And Cabbage recipe special for St. Patrick's Day

Place 2 sticks celery (cut in half), 4 carrots, 1 medium onion (quartered into wedges) and 4-6 red potatoes (quartered) into the soil crock pot. Rinse the corned beef, breast and place over vegetables. Add the bottle vigorously, spices and enough water just to cover the meat. Cover and set to LOW for eight to nine hours. Remove the meat and vegetables from the pot and cover to keep warm with foil. Increase heat to high and cook until soft coal, but still crisp, 20 to 30 minutes. Slice breast across the grain, serve with vegetables and horseradish sauce. Pass extra cooking liquid to the table.
