The McDonald's All-American Basketball games will be played on March 30 at the United Center in Chicago, with the girls game taking place at 4:30 p.m. and the boys game following at 7.
MSA senior Anthony Davis and Morgan Park senior Wayne Blackshear were selected Friday to participate in the 2011 McDonald's All-American Game.
"It's a big surprise to us because he went from unknown to where his situation is now," Davis' father, Anthony Davis Sr., told the Tribune. "I know he's really excited about it.
