Neal has scored 48 goals since the beginning of the 2009-10 season. Compare that to Chris Kunitz (31), Pascal Dupuis (28) and you can tell already the Pens have made a tremendous step forward in skill. He's got a $2.875 million cap hit this season and next, afterwards scheduled to be a RFA.
