Hot Bachelorette buzz: Emily Maynard will be the next series' star.RealitySteve reported it last week, and now Life & Style claims to have "official" word, although ABC has yet to announce anything and will not comment to Lifeline Live.
The show is apparently going to do most of its filming in North Carolina to accommodate Maynard, who was engaged to two-time Bachelor star Brad Womack but broke it off, and her young daughter, Ricki.
Ricki's father is Maynard's deceased race-car driver fiance, Ricky Hendrick, who was killed in a 2004 plane crash.
