Exes Vienna Girardi, Kasey Kahl Reunite for Couples Therapy Show on VH1

Can Bachelor exes Vienna Girardi and Kasey Kahl's relationship be saved?

The reality TV lovebirds called it quits this fall, but will attempt to work through the issues that led to their breakup in VH1's new eight-episode series, Couples Therapy.

Other celebs participating in the 21-day counseling program with psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Berman include DMX, Linda Hogan, Jersey Shore's Angelina Pivarnick and The A List: New York's Reichen Lehmkuhl and Rodiney Santiago.

Waiting five weeks to announce their breakup, Bachelor Pad's Kahl, 27, hasn't ruled out a reconciliation with Girardi, 25.

"I still love Vienna. I mean, it's hard," he told Us Weekly in November. "She had to go back home and get out of the spotlight for a little bit. Who knows what the future holds?"

Says Kahl, who started filming Couples Therapy with Girardi last week: "I'm just a hopeless romantic cheese ball who wants to be happy."source
