BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- The Department of Ecology will meet with Bellingham area residents tonight, to discuss plans to clean up a landfill on near Bellingham Bay.

DOE, City of Bellingham, and the Port of Bellingham have entered into a legal agreement to reduce the amount of runoff from the Cornwall Avenue landfill site.
