Ali Larter says she's lost her baby weight by doing yoga

How does Ali Larter stay fit, post-baby?

Larter revealed recently that she enjoys yoga and pilates, but said her key to fitting in exercise is to always have her workout clothes on: ‘From the morning through night, I just wear my workout clothes so that if I can grab a half an hour here or there then I’m ready to go.

Larter explains, “For a lot of new moms, they don’t have someone to watch the baby, so you put him in a stroller and you just go. You can walk for an hour or two hours. It gives the baby a nap. The fresh air is so important. Get yourself outside, get yourself in nature when you can.”

Ali Larter’s pal, actress Amy Smart, also joined in the walk, so Larter got in her exercise and some grown up chit chat.

Baby Theo is now five months old.

I remember wearing both of my kids while getting exercise – either in a sling, front carrier, or when they were older, a backpack carrier.
