AirAsia is holding one of its biggest sales of the year with one way fares from Australia to the UK starting from $359* and a range of other network destinations from just $3*.

See more of the world for less is the theme of the promotion dubbed Small World, Big Sale. It runs from today (May 23) to May 29 for travel between February 6 and June 30 2012.

The airline is slashing fares across its network – including Premium fares - to a range of destinations including London, Paris, Bangkok, Phuket, Singapore, Bali and Hong Kong.

From Melbourne, fly one way economy to Kuala Lumpur from $200*, or upgrade to AirAsia’s new Premium Flat Bed seats from $810*. One way economy flights from the Victorian capital to London (Stansted) start from $409*, Bangkok, Jakarta, Phuket, Chengdu, Medan, and Singapore from $239* and Mumbai from $299*.

From the Gold Coast, fly one way economy to Kuala Lumpur from $200* economy or from $805* Premium. Other economy sale fares include Bali from $259*, Jakarta from $239* and Chengdu and Hangzhou from $299* one way.

From Perth, one way economy fares to Kuala Lumpur start from $150* and Premium fares from $578*. West Australians can also grab cheap one way economy fares to Bali from $125*, Bangkok, Hangzhou and Taipei from $189*, Mumbai and New Delhi from $249* and London from $359*.

Travellers flying to AirAsia’s Kuala Lumpur hub can take advantage of a limited range of hot onward special fares including Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching from $3*, Singapore, Phuket, Bangkok, Singapore and Jakarta from $9*, and long haul to Mumbai and Tokyo from $9*. These special regional fares are being offered ahead of AirAsia’s forthcoming 10th anniversary celebrations.

There are also sale fares from Darwin including to Bali from $100* one way. Guests can then use Bali as a hub to Bangkok and Phuket from $25*, Tokyo from $65* and Paris and London from $216* one way.
