Endometriosis and infertility are a fertility problem

There are a number of reasons for infertility in women. Some of the reasons for infertility are genetic and some depend on the physical condition of the patient. one such condition is the endometriosis. the severity of this medical condition is diagnosed in endometriosis stages.

Endometriosis and infertility are a fertility problem that arises when the endometrial tissues spread in a patient. they are into endometriosis stages one, Two, three, and four. the first stage is the moderate stage and the fourth stage is the severe condition. but the intensity of the symptoms of endometriosis does not correlate to the endometriosis stages.

it is possible that a woman with initial stage or mild endometriosis can experience severe symptoms while a woman with fourth stage or severe endometriosis will not experience any symptoms.

The stages of endometriosis are determined by a pelvic examination of the woman and depend on the symptoms of pain in the pelvic region which may worsen during the menses time. the physical pelvic examination cannot explain the stage of endometriosis in a patient. the laparoscopy and ultrasound tests are conducted to confirm the endometriosis severity and to evaluate its stage in a woman.

The endometriosis and infertility condition can be explained as the development of painful adhesions, lesions, and cysts. these symptoms have the potential to result in possible infertility and uterine cavity irritation. it has been determined that these symptoms result from endometrial cells and tissues leaving the uterus and implanting themselves in other parts of the pelvic region. these cells and tissues are known as endometrial implants. the endometriosis point system, known as weighted point system, also describes the endometriosis severity which is based on the size, location, and number of the implants.

These hormonal changes have a strong impact on the menses of woman which occurs due to the falling off of the lining of the uterus. if the endometriosis implants are found it make it difficult for the blood to flow. these implants are found in the interior of the organs where they become like a cyst. This causes scarring and adhesions. these implants cause considerable pain and discomfort in the pelvic region.

Many women suffer from endometriosis and infertility. they experience severe pain and bleeding during menses due to these implants found in the ovaries, Fallopian tubes and even the intestines. Apart from these areas these implants can also be found on the surface of the pelvic cavity, vagina, brain, lungs etc. if it is diagnosed in the initial stages it can increase the chances of pregnancy in those women.
