After being away from the spotlight for a few years, Sara Evans is back with a new CD, Stronger, and a new single, “A Little Bit Stronger.” She recently sat down with Top 20 Country Countdown host Nan Kelley to reveal what she’s been up to during the “downtime” — which really wasn’t “downtime,” considering she got remarried, blended husband Jay Barker’s family with hers and settled down in Birmingham.
Not only is Sara Evans an Amazing Singer and Performer, but she is a super nice person as well. Saw her in concert here in Jacksonville, FL a few years ago, and just happened to walk by the door she was coming out to go to her bus, and she stopped and talked to me and my sister, and took pictures with us. She was very down to earth, and I appreicated that she took the time to stop.
