Side Effects

The most common side effects with Tadalafil were headache and upset stomach. Backache and muscle ache were also reported, sometimes with delayed onset. Although a rare occurrence, men who experience an erection for more than 4 hours (priapism) should seek immediate medical attention. Precautions

If you take nitrates, often used for chest pain (also known as angina), or alpha-blockers (other than Flomax® 0.4 mg once daily), prescribed for prostate problems or high blood pressure, do not take Tadalafil. Such combinations could cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Don't drink alcohol in excess (to a level of intoxication) with Tadalafil. Drug Interactions

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take including prescription and non?prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. TADALAFIL and other medicines may affect each other. Always check with your doctor before starting or stopping any medicines. Especially tell your doctor if you take any of the following: medicines called nitrates. medicines called alpha blockers.
